Fulfiled contracts - Following the fulfilment of any contractual works such as the supply of a new product and/or the installation, repair, service or maintenance of new or existing products, your contact information information will be retained for a minium of 7 years for financial recording reasons as required by regulators. Further, data may be retained for longer periods for the purposes of critical client communication, for example of a product safety recall, or for regulatory or legal defence reasons.

Newletters & marketing - Contact information volunteered with permission by yourself for newsletter and/or marketing purposes will be retained until you (the data subject) request otherwise.

Prize: 4 winners chosen at random will receive the wreath they voted for in the comment section under the correct post.  

1. The competition is only open to residents of mainland UK. 
2. Entrants must be aged 18 and over (at the time of entry) and must enter on the relevant Facebook or Instagram page as defined below. 
3. Entrants can only enter the competition once. 
4. Employees and contractors (and their respective families) of Freelance Entry Solutions Ltd. are not eligible to enter. 
5. The participant must have entered on the correct Facebook or Instagram post to be eligible for a chance to win. 
6. Entries to the competition will only be accepted between the Start Date to the End Date inclusive. 
7. The winners will receive a prize of a Christmas wreath. 
8. A cash alternative of the equivalent value will not be offered as an alternative prize. Prizes are non-transferable. 
9. The winner will be notified via social media. The winner will be publicly announced by the promoter and their photo and winning comment/story shared. 
10. The winner will be required to acknowledge notification of their potential win via Facebook messenger and/or Instagram direct message. If a winner does not acknowledge notification of their win within 5 days of being notified, the prize shall be forfeited and the prize will be given to another participant chosen at random. 
11. Any omission to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy under these terms and conditions by the promoter shall not constitute a waiver by the promoter of that, or any other, right or remedy.
